Today is day two of my break and I am taking it easy. I slept in until nine, the latest I've been able to since arriving. It helped that I stayed up pretty late too. Then I ate breakfast of dragon fruit and pineapple juice. I just checked my emails and am now updating my blog. After this I plan to study Thai and watch the movie Date Night on my laptop. Tonight I will be doing aerobics again and then heading back to my home outside of town. I have been at my second hosts house for the past two days as my mother is in Bangkok. The dragon fruit stained my tongue and hands bright purple it looks really weird. I also just discovered about 30 mosquito bites on my legs. I think I got them while I slept and now they are really starting to itch. I might walk to 7-Eleven and get a small Slurpee when it gets really hot this afternoon. It's very refreshing and only 25 cents. I was talking to a kids in my class on facebook last night and he promised that when we get back from break he will teach me Thai. It's hard because they all want to work on their English with me but I really need to be hearing and speaking Thai for me to gain any language while here. But he promised and if he does the other kids will follow. I plan on teaching myself as much as possible before school starts back up again so I can impress them. I hope I don't get to bored today, hopefully I can actually learn some Thai. I can't wait for aerobics, the guy who runs a kids rollerblading club after school there said something to me last night in Thai that I couldn't understand. I think he might want to teach me how to Rollerblade, but I have no idea. We will find out. I doubt they have Rollerblades in my size. The ladies do aerobics while the kids Rollerblade in circles behind them. It's cute because they all love this guy and he is helping them stay healthy. I hope I can keep this up because I already feel better from one week of aerobics. The ladies are all welcoming even if sometimes I have no idea what I'm doing. They don't talk to me because they can't speak English but they all offer a smile. I guess that's why Thailand is called land of the smiles.
Until Later, Dacotah Smith
