Eating

Someone who has never traveled to an Asian country would be very surprised to find that they don't eat with knives. They have a fork in the left hand and a spoon in the right hand. The fork is only used to push food onto the spoon. They eat Chinese food with chopsticks and noodles. They only use the chopsticks to put the noodles on the spoon, not to actually put food in there mouth. I'm being taught how to use chopsticks and still getting used to the no knife thing. You just kind of have to saw through your food with your spoon to cut it. All the meat is already in bite-size pieces so you never have to cut the meat.
